  • Transactional and banking data: account histories, bank details (RIB/IBAN), transfers issued and received, bank card payments.

3. Legal basis and purpose of use

The collection and use of your information is always based on a defined legal basis (performance of a contract, legal obligation, consent or legitimate interest). We use your data for the following purposes:

  • Contractual execution: The daily management of your accounts, carrying out your banking transactions, setting up credits and insurance policies.
  • Legal and regulatory obligations: The fight against fraud, money laundering and terrorist financing, tax declaration.
  • Legitimate interests: Improving our digital platforms, developing new services, securing our networks, as well as personalizing our offers.
  • Consent : For sending newsletters or commercial proposals from our partners (you can withdraw this consent at any time).

4. Sharing and recipients of data

Your data is strictly confidential. However, as part of the performance of our services or by legal obligation, they may be shared with:

5. Data retention

Generally speaking, your active customer data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship. After closing your account, they are archived securely for a legal period of 5 to 10 years (to meet our accounting, tax and anti-money laundering obligations).

6. Data transfer outside the EU

Your personal data is mainly hosted and processed within the European Union. If a transfer of data proves exceptionally necessary to a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure that this transfer is governed by appropriate guarantees (Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission).
